Craig and Marlene have 25 years of wilderness fly fishing experience together as a couple with 10 years as professional guides.
The professional guiding standards we implemented into our guiding services are attributed to Craig’s 20 year service with the New Zealand Police Search & Rescue in Hawkes Bay. Marlene herself is one of the first New Zealand guides to introduce a New Zealand fly fishing tuition program with NZQA river safety standards to high school level students whom wanted the freedom and safety knowledge of going it alone to chase the passion of fly fishing in the high country catchments of Hawkes Bay.

Humbled we both are for the guiding experiences we have been able to learn from and share, experiences that have led to four TV and DVD fly fishing film series internationally and New Zealand.

The attraction to our guiding services is world class fly fishing at our doorstep with two people who also share a heritage background that encompasses more for the angler who wants to look further and linger longer

Kiwi Guides Marlene and Craig welcome you to New Zealand to live and love the passion of fly fishing.
