Returning Merchandise - Returning merchandise / return product / returns / exchange
Every product comes with ALEKA’s 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. Merchandise will be accepted for return within 28 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the package was damaged during shipment or if we made a mistake on your order then you will be reimbursed 100% for the full order value (including shipping charges). Shipping charges on exchanged items may be charged.
When you receive your order, Aleka Sports LLC contact and product return information will be displayed in the paperwork. Please keep your paperwork as proof of purchase and in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.
Simply return the item to our return address. The item/s must be returned in original, new condition along with original packaging. For your protection please insure the package for its full value. Click for Returns and Exchanges Address
If the package was damaged in shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping cost will be reimbursed.
